
I really like this one!
It’s a little bit sweet and has flavors reminiscent of blueberry cobbler, but without all the sugar. It’s not too sweet to start the day with, yet sweet enough to be a comfort in the morning.
If you’re just starting out with smoothies, this is a good one to start with.
Blueberry Cobbler (healthy) Smoothie
Just sweet enough and has all you need for breakfast.
Ingredients
- 1 C. frozen blueberries
- 1 banana
- ¾ C. almond milk
- 1 T. honey
- 1 T. golden flaxseed meal
- ⅓ cup oats (uncooked)
- ½ t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¼ t. cinnamon (or even a little less)
- ½ tsp vanilla
- nutmeg just a pinch!
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth!
- Enjoy!
