Apple-Cinnamon Oatmeal Smoothie

This is actually a light-tasting smoothie. Sweet enough to be enjoyable but you won't feel like you're drinking dessert.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup apple cidar
  • ⅓ cup quick oats
  • ¼ tsp vanilla
  • ⅛-¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP cream cheese
  • pinch salt
  • 3-5 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. You can sprinkle more cinnamon on the top to make it pretty if you want to.
  3. *This recipe is gluten free if you use gluten free oats.
