Slow Cooker Barbecue Beef

  1. Cut meat into chunks.
  2. Brown meat and transfer to Crock Pot.
  3. Add ½ cup water to frying pan, scraping up the bits that were left behind.
  4. Transfer liquid to Crock Pot.
  5. Add one recipe of homemade barbecue sauce.
  6. Cook either on low for 8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. If you have a stand mixer, use it to break up the meat, if not, pull it into shreds using two forks.
