Dijon Chicken For the Freezer |

Keep this marinated chicken in the freezer for quick grilled sandwiches or a hearty grilled chicken dinner.
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T honey
- 1T lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cleaned and dried with a paper towel.
- Combine mustard, vinegar, and honey in a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add spices and stir.
- Place chicken breasts in a large plastic storage bag.
- Pour marinade over the chicken, close bag and squeeze to evenly coat chicken. Transfer to freezer once it's cool, or chill for one hour and then grill and serve.
- Allow chicken to sit 10 minutes before slicing.
