Blueberry Cobbler Smoothie-great breakfast idea!
It’s a little bit sweet and has flavors reminiscent of blueberry cobbler, but without all the sugar. It’s not too sweet to start the day with, yet sweet enough to be a comfort in the morning.
If you’re just starting out with smoothies, this is a good one to start with.

Blueberry Cobbler (healthy) Smoothie
 
 
Just sweet enough and has all you need for breakfast.
Ingredients
  • 1 C. frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ C. almond milk
  • 1 T. honey
  • 1 T. golden flaxseed meal
  • ⅓ cup oats (uncooked)
  • ½ t. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ t. cinnamon (or even a little less)
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • nutmeg just a pinch!
Instructions
  1. Put everything in the blender and blend until smooth!
  2. Enjoy!
